To register with Patient Access you need to contact the surgery and ask reception to add and activate your account. You will be emailed or provided with a print of your access details. Once you have registered you can sign in with Patient Access here:
What can you do in Patient Access:
o You can order all your repeat medications up to one week before they are due ( any new medications not on your normal repeat will need to be requested by contacting the surgery)
o Make an appointment to speak to a GP or a nurse
o Book a blood test (only for regular tests or requested by a GP – please speak to a member of staff for any other requests)
o When appropriate you can even book your flu vaccine (but not the Covid-19 vaccination)
If you have difficulty accessing your Patient Access account contact the surgery in the first instance, if you continue to have problems you may need to contact technical support at Patient Access.
