Towcester Medical Centre is has introduced a new system for on-line communication with the surgery.
This method of communication is for non-urgent requests.

To receive a response to a medical request on the same day your request needs to be made within the hours of 8.00am to 3.30pm. We will endeavour to respond to your queries as soon as practically possible but in any case we aim to respond within 4 hours. If your request is made after 3.30pm you may not receive a response until the next working day. If you have an emergency please either call 999, 111 or within 8.00am-6.30pm telephone for the duty doctor to call you back.
Administrative requests and other queries may be sent in at any time. These may not be responded to on the same day but will be dealt with in due course.
