Patient Participation Group

What is the Patient Participation Group?

The Patient Participation Group or PPG gives patients a direct voice to influence decisions made by the Practice about patient services and care. It also helps the practice share information. However, it is not a complaints forum. These should be directed to the Practice Manager for action.

PPG is open to all patients of Towcester Medical Centre and Paulerspury Surgery.

Members attend regular meetings and work with the clinical staff and Practice Manager to plan activities and communications.

If you would like to join the PPG please contact the Practice Manager by e-mail at the following address: chloe.lamont1@nhs.net.

The PPG first met in March 2011 with patients who volunteered to be part of the core group.
