Our practice charter

We will treat you courteously, preserve your confidentiality and respect your wishes. We aim to provide you with timely, high quality care and will manage your illnesses in the best possible way, seeking the advice from colleagues when this is needed. We will listen to your comments and complaints and respond to them promptly.

In return we expect you to treat us with courtesy and respect. We expect you to use our appointment system and the out of hours service appropriately. If you cannot attend an appointment we expect you to notify us so that the time is not wasted. We expect you to share responsibility for your health and follow the advice and treatment you are given, and attend for reviews and blood tests if these are indicated.

We will not tolerate abusive or violent behaviour.

Finally if our relationship breaks down for any reason we both have the right to terminate that relationship.
