Your feedback is very valuable to us. We love to know what we are doing that works well so we can do more and it’s useful to know what we are doing that doesn’t work so well so we can improve.
You can give your views on any aspect of our service to a member of staff or write in to the Practice Manager with your feedback.
If you would like to give us feedback on-line there are two methods.
- You can give your feedback on our services directly to us using the Friends and Family Test. We publish the statistics from our Friends and Family feedback on our website with a selection of comments given by our patients. To give us your feedback directly click on the Friends and Family link above.
- You can give your feedback via NHS Choices. This is a service run by NHS England which allows people to see the feedback on all NHS service providers in the country.
